Lara Gato

I'm a videographer. Last year, I moved to New York City from Madrid, Spain, with a purpose. I wanted to find awesome stories to tell and new experiences to live. As a start, I graduated with a Bachelor's Degree on Film, in Madrid, and Media and then a diploma in Broadcast Journalism, in New York, after which I declared myself a Video Journalist and set out to make videos, take photographs, and write stories.

I've been fortunate enough to get to know people who helped me explore my creative side, and who encouraged me to try and reach my full potential - want to learn more about them? Take a look at my resume here. 

I love every aspect of production, and so I like to be a part of everything as much as I can. I'm a multimedia journalist, I'm an editor, I'm a camera operator. I'm a storyteller, above all and even if I have my preferences (I would love for there to be a cat or a dog in every video I make), I like the challenge of finding stories I never even thought of.
